Stratton Amenities is a leading provider of upscale hospitality services specializing in creating exceptional living experiences for residents at luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge/Courtesy Patrol team member to join our team at an upscale apartment community in Dallas TX.

Job Summary

The Weekend Concierge/Courtesy Patrol plays a vital role in ensuring the safety security and satisfaction of our residents. This position requires a friendly professional demeanor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks from providing excellent customer service to conducting regular security patrols.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Services: Greet and assist residents and guests handle inquiries and provide information about the community and local area.
Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
Incident Reporting: Respond to and document incidents issues or disturbances in a timely and professional manner.
Access Control: Monitor and manage access to the property ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
Package Handling: Receive log and manage resident packages and deliveries.
Emergency Response: Act as a first responder in emergencies coordinating with emergency services as needed.
Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment by organizing and participating in community events and activities.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records reports and logs related to security maintenance requests and resident interactions.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a concierge customer service or security role preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attributes: Professional appearance friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

Hours: Flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays.
Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors with regular patrols required.
