Communicate on a constant basis with the public and staff via telephone system text and email.
Must be able to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
Sit for long periods of time.
Stand for long periods of time.

PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimumthree years experience casino/hotel customer service host or othermarketingexperience required.
High school diploma required (College degree or equivalent experience preferred).
Must be able to work varied shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
Must beavailable to travel.
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest conflicts.
Must be ableto effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have excellent customer service skills and networking abilities.
Must always present a professional appearance.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
GAMING:
Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
