DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships with VIP table players.
  2. Identifies attracts and maintains close ties with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
  3. Effectively use phone-calls emails text messages and written correspondenceto keep contact with players toinviteto various on and off-property events.
  4. Consistently exceed the needs of guests by booking hotel event show transportation and dining reservations.
  5. Positively promote property and company-widepromotions eventsand amenities to guests.
  6. Issue complimentaries or other offers to guests while using discretion based on play and property guidelines.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of both customer and company information.
  8. Strive to achieve and exceed bench-mark goals/objectives set by management.
  9. Responsible for generating casino revenue through development of VIP accounts while maximizing existing revenue streams.
  10. Increase guest database by buildingloyalty among valued VIP customers by networking and receiving referrals on new potential players.
  11. Assist special events during VIP events.
  12. Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies Code of Commitmentand conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty on and off property.
  13. Assist players with opening or increasing credit lines on property or within the brand.
  14. Provide information to property leadership related to guest feedback suggestions concerns or issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL - Must be able to:

  1. Communicate on a constant basis with the public and staff via telephone system text and email.

  1. Must be able to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.

  1. Sit for long periods of time.

  1. Stand for long periods of time.

  1. Must be able towork in an environment containing secondhand smoke dust loud noises and bright lights.

  1. be augmented with a hearing aid.

  2. Climb stairs repeatedly.

MENTAL - Must be able to:

  1. Communicate verbally clearly and articulately.

  1. Work accurately with basic math.

  1. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures Job Description daily memorandums chemical labels and other instructions.

  1. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.

PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimumthree years experience casino/hotel customer service host or othermarketingexperience required.

High school diploma required (College degree or equivalent experience preferred).

Must be able to work varied shifts weekends and holidays as needed.

Must beavailable to travel.

Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest conflicts.

Must be ableto effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have excellent customer service skills and networking abilities.

Must always present a professional appearance.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

GAMING:

Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
