Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development & Integration:
oDevelop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or Mistral.
oImplement AI-driven features within our ecosystem.
oOptimize API calls and manage interactions with LLMs.
Backend & API Development:
oDesign and develop APIs for AI-driven functionalities.
oEnsure efficient data exchange between AI models and business applications.
oImplement best practices for scalability and security.
Collaboration & Deployment:
oWork with Ops to deploy AI models into production.
oCollaborate with business analysts to understand AI use cases and technical feasibility.
oOptimize model inference performance in cloud-based environments.
Code Quality & Performance:
oWrite clean maintainable and well-documented code.
oImplement unit and integration tests for AI-powered functionalities.
oOptimize services for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Programming :
Strong experience in Python Front end technologies
Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
Experience with Python for AI model interaction (preferred but not mandatory).

AI & Machine Learning:
Familiarity with GPT models embeddings etc.
Understanding of LLMs NLP and AI-driven application development.

Cloud & DevOps:
Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure AI SDKs.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) for AI application deployment.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for AI-based services or applications.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional AI squad (PM Developer Ops).
Clear communication skills and ability to translate AI concepts into actionable tasks.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Education & Certifications:
Masters in Computer Science AI or related field.

Experience
Master Degree in Computer science or Data Science
3 years in development with a focus on backend services.
Previous experience in AI-powered application development.
Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline) (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience on containerization
