This is a leadership-level salaried position with performance-based earning potential. Culinary
Partners participate in a profit-based bonus program that rewards success through operational

Working in direct partnership with the Managing Partner the Culinary Partner oversees all culinary
operations leadership development and kitchen execution. This individual embodies the ourr vision of ownership-minded leadership driving results through integrity teamwork and a commitment to excellence. The Culinary Partner ensures that every dish every shift and every

Leadership & Culture
Lead by example through professionalism humility and genuine hospitality.

Recruit train and develop culinary leaders and hourly team members for long-term
success.
Foster open communication between the front and back of the house to ensure seamless
service and collaboration.
Ensure every menu item is executed to recipe specification and presentation standards.
Maintain consistency in flavor quality and portioning across every service.
Oversee daily line checks recipe adherence and prep standards through culinary
leadership.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness organization and sanitation throughout all kitchen areas.
Partner with vendors to ensure proper product quality rotation and cost efficiency.
Uphold our scratch-kitchen standards with attention to detail and pride in
craftsmanship.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 35 years of leadership experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant.
Proven success in managing culinary operations cost control and team development.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team with professionalism and positivity.
