Senior UI Designer

In the role of Senior UI Designer within the Software Solutions R&D organization you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by designing intuitive scalable user interfaces across our Enterprise software portfolio. You will shape UI strategy and quality across products partnering closely with product management product owners and engineers to translate complex enterprise needs into cohesive best-quality this role you will advance our UI design systems establish UI standards and maintain consistency across the entire software ecosystem.

You will join theProduct Definition group a tight-knit team of Product Owners and UI/UX Designers who work side by side to shape products from idea to launch. Through tight collaboration during development we provide clear product direction and high-quality user experiences.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

• Develop maintain and scale Jabras UI design system in close collaboration with engineering teams with an emphasis on design tokens reusable components and system documentation

• Ensure high technical and visual UI standards through close collaboration with front-end developers assessing Storybook implementations and encouraging system-wide use of the design system

• Translate product and technical requirements into robust elegant and implementation-ready UI solutions prioritizing consistency clarity and maintainability

• Collaborate with Product Owners and senior developers to jointly own UX outcomes bringing UI knowledge and best practices to create cohesive end-to-end experiences

• Ensure consistency efficiency and scalability across UI and Front-End design within the Jabra digital ecosystem.

• Take part in design reviews and cross-functional workshops promoting high-quality UI standards accessibility and systems thinking

• Collaborate with engineering teams on a regular day-to-day basis in Poland and Denmark to ensure smooth implementation of UI designs in an Agile / Scrum environment

• Regularly identify UI-related challenges and risks proposing pragmatic solutions within technical and product constraints

• Continuously refine and evolve UI components and patterns based on product needs technical feedback and industry benchmarks

• Stay up to date with UI trends design systems practices accessibility standards and competitor solutions bringing relevant insights into the Jabra ecosystem

• Contribute to the growth and maturity of the UI practice by sharing knowledge improving processes and helping raise the overall quality of product interfaces across the organization.

To perform well in the role we imagine that you:

• Have a relevant degree within design human-computer interaction digital media or a related field

• Are an experienced UI designer with a portfolio that showcases complex scalable software solutions

• Bring extensive experience creating intuitive accessible and consistent user interfaces for complex enterprise applications

• Are adept at working with stakeholders and can effectively interact with product engineering and organizational leadership

• Are comfortable guiding UI decisions setting standards and balancing user needs with technical and business constraints

• Clearly convey design intent and shape results using reasoned arguments prototypes and a systems-based approach to design.

It is beneficial to have experience with:

• Design systems and component-based UI frameworks

• Cross-product or platform design within large software portfolios

• Collaborative design in distributed cross-cultural teams

• Enterprise or B2B software environments

• Working closely with R D teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
