With a reputation for delivering exceptional service they are now expanding their team and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with landlords.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join an experienced and dynamic lettings team in Clifton. As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth generating new landlord leads and ensuring a high standard of service. With uncapped commission ongoing professional development and generous holiday entitlement this role offers a rewarding career path in a thriving property market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate arrange and carry out property valuations bringing properties to market
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure new business
Identify and implement strategies to expand the lettings portfolio
Ensure office systems and service standards are maintained
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Work closely with the Head of New Business to identify opportunities
Train support and develop team members as the business grows
Stay up to date with property legislation and compliance procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months experience in a lettings or estate agency environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Experience in negotiating valuing and business development
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
Ability to build long-term relationships and generate new business
ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it (funding provided)
Full UK driving licence required
Package and Benefits:
Basic Salary: 32000 with a realistic OTE of 38000 (Uncapped Pooled Commission)
25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increases after 3 & 6 years)
