The Position:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking for a stable well-compensated position with comprehensive benefits and professional support.

Compensation & Benefits:

$225000 base salary
Incentive compensation plan eligibility after 90 days
Reimbursement for Georgia and DEA licensure plus one approved professional association
Professional liability coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act at no cost
CME allowance: $2000 annually increasing to $4000 in year three
Health insurance for physician and spouse at no cost (other plans available for additional cost)
Long-term disability and group life insurance equal to base salary
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued biweekly:
- Year 1: 180 hours
- Year 2: 216 hours
- Year 3: 252 hours
Paid holidays: 8 hours per designated holiday after 90-day introductory period
403(b) retirement plan with 50% match of employee contribution up to 4% of pay fully vested after 3 years

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Georgia medical license
Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
Educate patients on preventive care lifestyle management and disease prevention
Maintain accurate timely and detailed patient records
Collaborate with clinical staff and other providers to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives as needed
