Description

Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking an Elementary Assistant Principal who is deeply committed to Christian education and aligned with the schools mission and vision. A masters degree is preferred; however candidates with a bachelors degree in education will be considered. The Assistant Principal will work collaboratively with the Principal faculty staff students and families to promote high levels of academic achievement and student well-being. Qualified candidates must be a born-again Christian and demonstrate strong motivation exceptional verbal and written communication skills excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities and well-developed relational skills. The successful candidate must also be adept at learning and navigating multiple technology and software platforms efficiently.
