Job Summary
Were seeking someone to join our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team as a senior Java developer in the Cyber super department to build the next generation Customer Identity and Access Management Platform.
In the Technology division we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Senior Java Developer position which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organizations systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What youll do in the role:
Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
Own the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of Identity and Access Management applications and services
Design develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Java and Angular
Work with commercial off the shelf IAM products and integrate them with the incumbent CIAM stack
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure reliable and high-performing systems.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent low-risk incremental releases to production.
Write well structured maintainable documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Elevate the service level and security capabilities of the Customer Identity and Access Management ecosystem. D Part 2: Scope of Role What youll bring pre-set content based on tier framework role-specific bullets
What youll bring to the role:
Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
Front-end experience (Angular React) is a plus
Familiarity with AAA security framework CIA triad
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery solutions
Knowledge of IAM standards OAuth OpenID Connect Open Policy Agent are an advantage
Experience with Identity Provider and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions e.g. PingFederate EntraID Okta is a plus.
