Your role:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis from requirement gathering to delivery of insights.
- Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables Power Query Power Pivot VBA advanced formulas).
- Build and manage databases and queries using MS Access and SQL.
- Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across reports and systems.
- Create meaningful KPIs metrics and scorecards for leadership review.
- Mentor junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Strong expertise in:
- MS Excel (advanced formulas Power Query Power Pivot VBA preferred)
- Power BI (DAX data modeling dashboard design publishing & sharing)
- MS Access (tables queries forms reports automation)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead analytics initiatives.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP Oracle Dynamics etc.)
- Exposure to data automation using Power Automate or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Experience in business domains like finance supply chain sales or operations
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science
- Masters degree is a plus
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
