About the role
As a CareWorkersupportingclientsin the Goulburn and surrounding areas you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides qualitycomplexcare and support to our clients in their own homes. Youmayassistwith a range of taskspertaining tohousehold cleaning showering dressing food preparationcontinence supportmedicationassistanceand transportto name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

To support youin your role

We offer a comprehensive orientation program includingbuddyshifts

Youllhave direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you

Youllbe provided withamobile phone to access emailsrostersand client care plans

Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support yourongoingprofessional development and career pathways

Earn $32.86/hr(unqualified) - $34.59/hr(qualified)plus superannuation per hour paid travel time and mileage between clients
