What Youll Do as a Direct Support Professional

As a DSP you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living activities skill-building documentation and fostering a safe respectful environment.

3rd shift/overnight DSPs play a critical role in maintaining safety providing reassurance and ensuring continuity of care during nighttime hours. Youll help create calm consistent routines that support overall well-being.
