Job Summary
our client in Paarl is looking for a Farm Manager to join their team. Manage the olive farm in all aspects to produce maximum olive growth and oil production.
Job Functions:
Regular communications and co-operation with the company owner.
Manage human resources farm workers bottling staff and casuals.
Manage all operations on farm.
Manage all operations in bottling plant.
Close co-operation and co-ordination with Financial Manager.
Public Relations (to a lesser degree).
Responsibilities:
Grove Management
Maintenance of farm vehicles tractors and equipment
General farm maintenance and development
Management of staff
