The Role
Our Senior Manager Projects is responsible for managing coordinating and delivering major open space projects providing expert advice and effective management of complex negotiations stakeholder relationships partnerships and collaborations and multidisciplinary teams that lead to the delivery of high-quality open space for the community.
You will project manage the delivery of capital projects including managing a range of external consultants and service providers together with the coordination and management of key stakeholders and deliverables.
You will bring
Project and contract management expertise in leading large project consultant teams during design and construction relevant professional experience in the delivery of large -scale public domain and public open space projects programs and/or policies and experience in coordinating and managing government agencies and stakeholder engagement.
A degree in a relevant discipline Civil Engineering Construction Management Landscape Architecture or Project Management essential.
