Accountant / Analyst:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial and operational performance identifying trends risks and opportunities
- Assist with monthly quarterly and annual reporting and financial close processes
- Assist with monthly close including: journal entries account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
- Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes and systems
- Create reporting using queries and Advanced Excel
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 25 years of experience in accounting or analytics
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial modeling required
- Excellent communication attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow with strong initiative
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- CPA preferred but not required.
