Own and manage assigned Executive and Director Development programs ensuring program-level strategy design and execution are aligned with portfolio direction and enterprise talent priorities.
Operate within a governance framework to intake requests prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.

Define and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure adoption promotion retention readiness and business impact.
Track and report on program outcomes leveraging data to demonstrate measurable business value and continuous improvement.
Own program budgets forecast needs and align spend with strategic and enterprise goals.
Balance global resources and capacity across portfolios to ensure scalable delivery.
Integrate new technologies modalities and approaches to enhance leadership development programs.
Stay ahead of global trends in executive education and talent development applying insights to programs.
Foster diversity equity and inclusion across all initiatives ensuring programs are representative and globally relevant.
Partner with external vendors universities and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge practices into the portfolio.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
10 years of progressive experience in leadership development executive development or related field.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership or development programs for executives.
Nice to Have:
Masters degree in Organizational Development Education Business or related field preferred.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead work through influence collaboration and strong partnership in a matrixed environment..
Experience working with external partners vendors or business schools to deliver executive learning solutions.
Strong understanding of measurement and evaluation frameworks for leadership development programs.
Excellent facilitation communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact credibly with C-suite executives.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program management and delivery.
Global perspective and experience designing programs that resonate across cultures and geographies.
Strategic Leadership Shapes and evolves programs in alignment with portfolio strategy and enterprise leadership priorities.
Stakeholder Consulting Serves as a trusted advisor to executives and HR leaders on leadership development needs.
Program Excellence Designs and delivers high-quality high-impact executive development programs.
