Job Summary

Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs cleaning spills emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Utility Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Utility Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Ideal candidates will possess a positive can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication. We are looking for someone who adapts quickly to change and is able to provide win-win solutions for both the client and ABM.

Location: Wooster OH
Hourly Rate: $15.50 (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: 4PM-12AM Monday-Friday

Pay: $15.50 per hour - $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and polishing floors and surfaces
Clean and sanitize restrooms replenish supplies and ensure hygiene standards are met
Empty trash and recycling bins andwastein accordance withcompany policies
Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or supply shortages to the supervisor
Assistwith setup and cleanup for meetings events or special projects as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previousexperience in janitorial custodial or general cleaning roles is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals equipment and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
