Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Sparta Caregivers in White County. This role involves providing personalized care and support to our clients to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our office is located in Crossvillle but after interview and Orientation you will only need to come to the office twice a year. Your clients will be in the Sparta area.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times
Requirements
- Compassionate patient and reliable with a strong desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass background checks
