Role: New Business Sales Manager

Location: London England United Kingdom

About the role:

OLIVER Agency requires a London-based New Business Manager. This is a fast-paced but extremely rewarding role that will allow self-development as well as growth of the overall business. Essentially the success of the sales department will ultimately be the success of the business as a whole.

What you will be doing:

  • SellingOliversbroad range of marketingsolutionsintobrands and organisations with a turnover of 200mwithin yourtargetindustries;
  • Manage theend to endpipeline for your target industriesinSalesforce;
  • Managingtheentire sales cycle from prospect identification to contractimplementation;
  • Working closely withyour colleagues at Olivertodevelop and generate leads from ournetworks;
  • Creating and designing bespoke agency solutions forclients;
  • Sellingonsitecontentcreativeand digitalagencies that include a range of servicesincluding:online and offlineend to endcreative and designPR socialmedia digital copywritingvideographydata & analyticsetc;
  • Developingstructured salesstrategies salesplansand profit targets as well as short termtactics;
  • In collaboration with Marketing develop andmanage an ABM program for your targetindustries;
  • Achievesales targets and KPIs set by your linemanager;
  • Report toyour line managerSalesDirectorand wider business on the performance of yourpipeline;
  • Developinglong-term profitablerelationships withclients;
  • Maximising new business developmentopportunities;
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes tomarket;
  • Compiling and analysing salesfigures;
  • Collecting customer feedback and marketresearch;
  • Keeping up to date with products andcompetitors;
  • Become anexpert and seen as the go-to-person of yourtarget industries
  • Representingthe business at conferences tradefairsand networking events

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A minimum of4 yearsof experience insales;
  • Educatedto a graduatelevel;
  • Ideally sellingmarketing servicescontentdesignor creative agency services to blue chip clientmarketers;
  • Long term salescycles;
  • CreatingRFI /RFPs;
  • Face to face and telephone sales experience including prospectingnegotiatingandpitching;
  • Hunter salesmentality;
  • A consultativeandsolution basedsalesapproach;
  • Excellent document creation / sales deckcapabilities;
  • Ability to adopt different sales styles to matchcustomersrequirements;
  • Ability to priorities leads andmaximizerevenue generation via sales pipelinecontrol;
  • Consistently high achieving academic record of graduatecalibre;
  • Commerciallyastute;
  • Strong project management and time managementskills;
  • Confident working on owninitiative;
  • First class communicationskills;
  • Excellent relationship buildingskills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.High energy andself-motivation
