Senior Logistics Manager - FRANCE

About the role

Were looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing and transportation operations in France. As a key member of our Operations teamyoullmanage 3PL partnerships ownlogisticsexecution and P&L and shape future strategy to deliver outstanding service and support growth across both B2B and D2C channels.

This role will be based predominantlyfromour warehouse inNanteuil-le-Haudouin.

What Youll Do:

Improve customer experience warehousing KPIs handling costs and overall service performance

Build and manage strong relationships with 3PLs and carriers to support growth and drive continuous improvement

Develop and execute inbound/outbound capacity models and shipping strategies aligned with commercial plans

Lead quarterly business reviews with third-party providers and define/deliver on key warehousing and shipping metrics

Own Francelogisticsspend processes and performance and collaborate with global teams to share best practices

Support broaderlogisticsinitiatives including D2C fulfillment and inbound transport projects

What Youll Bring:

Proven leadership in multi-site logistics and 3PL management with a focus on cost and service optimisation
Strong commercial acumen and experience aligninglogisticsstrategy with business goals

Expertisein KPIs data-driven performance management and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma etc.)

Familiarity with compliance for food-grade hazardous goods and transportation regulations

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or Engineering (Masters a plus)

7 years in retail distribution or similar fast-paced environments
