Heres What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Two years of Licensed Clinical experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse Treatment (REQUIRED)
LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker and LPC Licensed Professional Counselor upon hire (REQUIRED)
Psychologist (PREF)
Two years of direct practice experience with professional healthcare workers with unrestricted licenses (PREFERRED)
Experience with medical first responder populations (healthcare EMS Firefighters) (PREFERRED)
Training/experience in one or more: CPT EMDR TF-CBT ART (PREFERRED)
Suicide risk assessment training (e.g. CAMS-informed approach ASIST etc.) (PREFERRED)
Experience coordinating with EAP/workplace systems while maintaining confidentiality boundaries (PREFERRED)
Critical incident stress management (CISM certified) (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
Provide Evidence-based psychotherapy to healthcare first responders and allied healthcare staff
Crisis Support and Rapid Response
Deliver skill-based trainings and psychoeducation for specific units/teams
Maintain a consistent clinical caseload with timely access standards
