What Youll Do
As a East Region Field Sales Trainer youll work directly with our in-home sales experts and homeowners to solve their problems and design their dream renovations. This isnt just salesits about building relationships helping people and closing high-ticket deals.
- Conduct regularly scheduled 2-week initial trainings for Home Remodeling Experts teaching the HGE one-call closing sales methodology.
- While post-training success will be the responsibility of sales leadership the Regional Sales Trainer will assist in the success of new trainees with follow-up support and coaching including ongoing training support calls bootcamps in-home shadows etc.
- Coordinate and support the HGE sales leadership team to ensure the successful and smooth handoff of trainees to their direct manager. This will include a written evaluation of each trainee and a meeting to review.
- Conduct product specific trainings to the existing HGE sales teams in whatever service type is needed in a market: windows siding roofing gutters insulation.
Who Were Looking For

- Experienced: At least 2 years of high-ticket or in-home sales experience. Preferably Windows and Doors as one of the products.
- 96% Script Test Pass
- Learn and Assist in all Product Trainings and New Product Trainings
- Close minimum 27% on all products
- $4k NSLI on a 90 day period
- 10% or lower cancellation rate

Compensation:
- Base: 60-70k
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Uncapped Commission: 3%-11% commission on appointments additional 2%
- Travel & Gas: Fully reimbursed for hotel and gas
- OTE: 100-150k
