What You Will Do

As a Senior Marketing Consultant you will serve as a strategic partner to five business units leading the development ofdatadriveninsightledrecruitment marketing strategies aligned with Caterpillars enterprise priorities and employee value proposition. You will manage and influence senior stakeholdersoftenwith competing prioritiesdevelop tailored engagement approaches for multiple audience groups and drive alignment across Talent Acquisition HR Communications and businessleaders.

You will driveinsight ledrecruitment marketing strategies aligned with Caterpillars enterprise priorities and employee value proposition andmanage and influence senior stakeholders. You will use performance data market insights and competitive analysis to shape recommendationsoptimizecampaigns and guidedecision making. You will lead complexcross functionalinitiatives;introducenew marketingcapabilities;and ensure consistenthigh qualityexecution across global marketsstrengthening Caterpillars talent attraction efforts across the full candidate journey.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders balance competing priorities and build alignment across complex organizations.

Experience developing integrated marketing strategies personas or multichannel recruitment campaigns.

Ability tooptimizecampaigns based on KPIs and communicate insights through clear actionable reporting.

Experience leading crossfunctional projects and driving adoption of new tools processes or marketing capabilities.

Global mindset with an understanding of how to activate marketing strategies across diverse regions and audiences.

This role requires 5 days a week in office
