Job Summary
Marketing Intern Summer 2026
Are you a college student looking for a summer internship for your marketing degree If so come join Goodheart-Willcox Publisher as a Marketing Intern and dive into real projects that support our marketing and sales teams while gaining valuable corporate experience. This is a 12-week internship and will follow a hybrid schedule that will require a minimum of one day per week in the Tinley Park office. The compensation we offer for this position is $17.00 per hour.
What youll do:
- Summer conference support including social media messaging and marketing collateral.
- Proofreading and QA testing.
- Internet research on school and government websites to identify faculty members and offered courses/programs.
- Sales and marketing database administration.
- Assist in sales follow-up and messaging for summer events.
- Assist in writing scripts for new product videos.
- Assist in writing editing posting social media posts and promoting company blog.
What youll bring:
- Minimum 3.0 Major GPA.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong organization time management and multitasking skills.
- Enthusiasm and hardworking attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows Word and PowerPoint.
- Some related experience and/or general office experience are a plus.
- Marketing programs are a plus.
