Job Summary: The Nurse Educator supports clinical education and professional development across inpatient Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services ensuring high-quality evidence-based nursing practice in alignment with organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Plan develop and deliver clinical education programs for inpatient MCH units.
Support competency-based education and ongoing professional development for nursing staff.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify learning needs and improve clinical practice.
Provide education support for Labor & Delivery NICU Postpartum and Pediatric units.
Participate in evaluation of educational outcomes and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation related to education and training activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience (required).
Strong clinical background with inpatient maternal-child health exposure.
Ability to support education across L&D NICU Mother-Baby Unit and Pediatrics.
Must be able to provide coverage across all inpatient MCH services.
Contract length: 13 weeks only (no extensions).
Strong communication teaching and organizational skills.

Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
