Job Summary

Title: ServiceNow IT Asset Management

Location:Middletwn PA

Job description:

Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
Working knowledge of ServiceNow SAMPro including software models entitlements contracts and related records
Experience researching and validating procurement data from ERP systems (e.g. SAP) including purchase orders shopping carts and vendor information
Strong understanding of software licensing fundamentals including license types metrics quantities and coverage periods
Ability to review and interpret EULAs and software contracts to extract key licensing and contractual data points
Strong analytical documentation and data validation skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including product owners procurement legal and IT teams
Experience preparing data for review and approval prior to production deployment
