Job Title: Sr Oracle Fusion Expenses

Location : Chicago / Toronto Hybrid (Travel once a month)

Duration: 6 months with prior notice

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Expenses. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of end-to-end expense management and proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Expenses with American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) or similar corporate card and travel platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Expenses including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and deployment
Configure expense policies expense categories approval workflows audit rules and reimbursement setups
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Expenses and Amex GBT including corporate card feeds travel booking data and expense reconciliation
Collaborate with Finance Travel and IT stakeholders to align expense and travel processes with business requirements
Support data migration UAT production cutover and post-go-live stabilization
Provide functional guidance for reporting controls compliance and audit requirements
Troubleshoot integration and functional issues related to expense transactions and card feeds
Prepare functional documentation configuration workbooks and user training materials

Required Skills & Experience
10 years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience with strong focus on Fusion Expenses
Proven hands-on implementation experience (at least 1 2 full lifecycle implementations)
Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion Expenses with Amex GBT (or Amex corporate card/travel systems)
Solid understanding of expense policies corporate card programs reimbursements and approvals
Experience working with integrations file-based data imports and reconciliation processes
Strong functional troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have
Experience with other Oracle Financials modules (AP GL Cash Management)
Experience with additional T&E platforms (Concur Cytric etc.)
Oracle Fusion Financials certification
Experience working with global expense policies and multi-currency environments

Location / Work Model
Hybrid Travel once a month to Toronto or Chicago
