Phoenix AZ
$24.00 $26.00 per hour
Monday - Friday 4 days to the week 8am-5pm and 1 day 10am-7pm
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Representative to join our team in Phoenix AZ. This role is ideal for a sales-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping individuals take the next step in their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students
Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process
Build rapport identify needs and overcome objections
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Meet and exceed enrollment and performance goals
Qualifications:
Sales experience is required (inside sales call center or consultative sales preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume
Experience in education or admissions is a plus
