Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established independent insurance agency. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry particularly within an agency setting and a passion for excellence in client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Up to $100000 commensurate with experience and book size.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts including generalist accounts with a focus on construction.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow a book of business ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an insurance agency with a proven ability to manage a large book of business ($2 million).
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services with experience in construction accounts preferred.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
