What does a Community Ambassador really do
Think of yourself as someone who will exude energy friendliness creativity and collaboration so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best after all we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top-notch. So come on now we need your full concentration because its time to imagine what its like being a Receptionist. As a Community Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency. The Community Ambassador will greet all guests teammates and clients with ridiculous excitement. Theyll help the team with ordering supplies making sure our site is fully stocked planning events as well as answering phones and sorting and managing deliveries. Requirements/Qualifications:
This is an on-site office position located in New Braunfels Texas.
3 years of administrative or hospitality experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Approachable patient and flexible.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of the Google Suite would be a plus.
We need someone flexible to work the 10AM - 7PM shift Monday through Friday.
Occasionally available to work weekends holidays and special events on site.
Salary Range
- 25 - 32 USD Hourly
