Texas French Bread serves a charming daytime and dinner menu placing heavy emphasis on local and sustainably raised ingredients. Our bistro operation features first rate locally roasted coffees and offers a modern take on the techniques of traditional French country and Mediterranean cooking. We do our best to follow Alice Waters dictate to seek out the local the fresh the simple the nutritious and the beautiful and to serve these in season at their peak.

Candidates must have:

  • Current food handlers certification and TABC certifications (restaurant staff)
  • Clean driver record current Texas drivers license
  • Appreciation for quality ingredients and superior execution
  • Exhibit detail-oriented focused and effective work presence collaboratively
  • Ability to work productively in collaborative team environment
  • Ability to contribute to clean working environment and organization
  • Flexible schedule available on the weekends and holidays which are our busiest times
