As a Network Engineer youll manage installations optimize performance and provide hands-on supportoften working directly with end users and decision-makers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to build trust showcase your expertise and make technology work for people.
What Youll Do
- Design implement and maintain network infrastructure using industry best practices
- Manage installation and support of servers PCs and software at client sites
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues ensuring seamless connectivity
- Establish rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and mentor junior Network Engineers
- Document solutions and maintain clear accurate records Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer (consulting experience a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise
- Desire to pursue certifications and stay ahead of emerging technologies
- Willingness to work at various client locations
