Your new role

What youll get to do:

• Lead your team confidently and with empathy through a fast-paced and evolving environment championing key change initiatives with clarity and purpose.
• Quickly understand and adopt new technology legislative or system changes then translate these into clear practical processes that support both client needs and staff workflows.
• Work alongside families with complex needs using strong riskmanagement practices thoughtful debriefing and ongoing support to ensure safety stability and positive outcomes.
• Identifyopportunities for continuous improvement within your team building communitypartnershipsand strengthening coordination of services for families.
• Demonstrate strong empathy and awareness of how change impacts both clients and staff ensuring transitions are wellcommunicated wellsupported and traumainformed.

• Relevant tertiaryqualificationin Early Childhood Education Social Work Allied Health Psychology or related humanservice discipline.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage influence and build positive relationships with internal colleagues external partners and community stakeholders.
• Highly adaptive responsive and technologyconfident with the ability to quickly learn new systems interpret change impacts and support your team through process or system updates with clarity and care.
