Our client is a growing healthcare and senior living real estate investment group focused on acquisitions and asset management within the senior living and healthcare sectors across the United States. The firm works closely with institutional partners and investors and offers strong exposure to the full lifecycle of healthcare investments and real estate transactions.

Role Overview

The Analyst supports acquisitions labor analytics and management and asset management initiatives through financial modeling underwriting using python to access and collect large amounts of data to populate to dashboards market analysis due diligence and investor reporting. The role works closely with senior leadership and investment stakeholders and supports transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing and post-acquisition asset oversight. The company has an existing lead analyst based in the Philippines that you will report to and support you.

This position can flex across junior-to-strong mid-level analyst profiles depending on experience and modeling experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling

• Access the companys data to populate labor dashboards and other KPI figures to ensure the expenses of the portfolio investments are on-track and within or under approved budgets or matrices.
• Analyze investments using KPI figures and data to identify areas of concern and opportunity
• Build and maintain financial models including IRR waterfall structures and 5-year cash flow projections
  
• Review rent rolls historical operating statements and supporting financial documentation
  
• Assist with analyses of joint venture equity and debt structures
  

Market Research & Due Diligence

• Conduct market and competitor research to assess demand pricing and market opportunity
  
• Support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions developments recapitalizations and dispositions
  
• Review due diligence materials to identify risks trends and operational gaps impacting underwriting
  
• Coordinate and maintain data rooms for internal and external stakeholders
  

Transaction & Asset Management Support

• Assist with integration planning and activity tracking for newly acquired assets
  
• Support post-closing asset management initiatives including performance monitoring and reporting
  
• Assist with operational transitions and coordination with third-party operators or vendors when applicable
  

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare investment memorandums business plans pitch decks and management presentations
  
• Produce property-level and portfolio-level investor reporting and performance updates monthly
  
• Conduct periodic investment valuations and portfolio performance analysis
  
• Perform ad hoc analyses including sell-versus-hold evaluations benchmark comparisons and capital expenditure reviews
  

Required Hard Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Real Estate Business or a related field
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling fundamentals
• Python experience a plus
  
• Experience in finance investment analysis or a related analytical role
  
• Understanding of financial statements and investment return metrics
