An established piling company based in Omagh is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver piling projects across Northern Ireland.

The Role
- Manage piling contracts from pre-start through to completion
- Liaise with clients engineers site managers and subcontractors
- Oversee project programmes budgets and resources
- Ensure works are delivered safely on time and within budget
- Manage commercial aspects including valuations variations and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or QS role.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
