The Delivery Lead position is to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day project delivery ensuring alignment across engineering timelines business goals and stakeholder expectations. From planning through execution and closure the Delivery Lead plays a key role in driving structure amid ambiguity fostering team collaboration and keeping projects on track on time and on budget. The ideal candidate is driven organised and a strong communicator with a passion for becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

Required skills and experience
- Essential Skills:
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development
- Project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira Confluence MS Project)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related field
- PMP Scrum Master or similar certifications preferred
- 3-5 years technical project management experience
- Experience in regulated industries (gaming/wagering) advantageous
Roles & Responsibilites:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects and initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering product QA infrastructure)
- Manage project scope timelines budgets and risk mitigation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation
- Stakeholder communication and reporting on project status
