What youll do
If you join our practice you will work with financially secure under-performing and distressed companies across a variety of urgent high impact situations. Our elite professionals are recognized experts in their respective fields bringing to bear their skills and experience to craft measurable improved outcomes for our clients.
We are looking for an experienced and energeticUI/UXDesignerto join our growing development lab.

Role Requirements:
- Portfolio that demonstrates visualdesign skillslogicalreasoningcreativethinking & attention todetail
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and isrequired
- Understanding of user interface patterns and best practices for SaaSand desktop/responsive web design
- Experience in designing low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity prototypes
- Experience with startup product development user-personas definition & MVP concept
- Proficiency in using Figma for prototyping and creating high-fidelity designs
- Highly organized and personally accountable
You are an ideal candidate if you are:
- Obsessed with user-centricity
- Highly motivated self-starter and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
What youll need
- Bachelors degree in Design or related
- 5 or more years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Deep knowledge of Interaction Design
- Experience in Wireframing and Prototyping
- Experience leading visual and responsive design efforts for business/SaaS products
- Experience working with Agile & Scrum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
