Your role in our team
As a Director Consulting Services you will be fully responsible for your clients your team and operational activities. Together with your team of 15 colleagues you will work to optimize our service delivery. You will lead your team in the development of new services for your clients recruit new talent and ensure the professional growth of your team members.
You are the central figure in service delivery: a subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and expanding strong relationships with both existing and new clients particularly within financial services and payments-driven environments . You will take the lead in business development and ensure the quality of the services delivered.
You know how to balance your focus between results engagement and quality. As a trusted partner for our clients you and your team work on growing and strengthening CGIs strategic position including in payments transformation initiatives . To stay connected to the field you will also dedicate 50% of your time to strategic assignments.

The role of Director Consulting Services is highly diverse and an exciting challenge for a driven professional who combines strong leadership capabilities with solid IT knowledge and insight into market trends in the financial sector including payments transaction processing and digital financial services .
You are intrinsically motivated to support our clients as an advisor helping them to continuously improve and excel. With proven experience in initiating and delivering business and IT solutions including payment platforms and core financial systems along with a relevant professional network you know how to make this role a success in a creative and impactful way.
What we ask of you:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and Consulting Services preferably within financial services
Experience with payment processing environments including end-to-end transaction lifecycles
Solid knowledge of card schemes (Visa Mastercard)
Familiarity with SEPA and SWIFT payment rails
Understanding of Acquiring & Issuing operating models
Experience working with or advising on payment gateways
Responsible for managing a PNL of 2M to 4 M
Responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 P
A strong and high-quality professional network within financial services and payments ecosystems ;
Ability to engage in in-depth discussions with clients;
Extensive experience in business development including strategic planning;
A completed Bachelors and/or Masters degree preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
Native Dutch or French with excellent communication skills in English.
