Introduction
Car Rental Admin Manager
Salary: R15000 per month commission
Location: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)

Pace Car Rental is looking to appoint two experienced Billings Controllersto join our dynamic team in Gqeberha. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial administration effective fleet oversight and smooth operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Managing national billings ensuring accuracy and timeous processing
Overseeing fleet monitoring including vehicle utilisation availability and status tracking
Coordinating and monitoring vehicle maintenance repairs and service schedules
Ensuring administrative compliance related to fleet and billing processes
Liaising with internal teams and service providers to resolve billing or fleet-related queries
Maintaining accurate records and reports to support operational and financial decision-making
Proven experience inbillings including accurate invoicing reconciliations and resolving billing discrepancies.
Requirements
Previous experience in the car rental fleet or automotive environment (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in systems and reporting (fleet or rental systems advantageous)
