Job Summary

The Business Process Owner Logistics Systems will serve as the key point of contact for all digital systems and tools used within Global Logistics Operations. This includes in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) Real-Time Visibility Platforms (RTVP) and Traceability Systems. The role is critical in leading the development implementation and continuous improvement of logistics systems across global operations in close collaboration with the Global TECH function and affiliate Logistics teams.

Additionally this position will be responsible for overseeing the capabilities and integration of 3PL systems and tools ensuring efficient data exchange and operational alignment between internal platforms and external logistics partners in coordination with local Proximity teams.

Your Key missions:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Logistics operations TECH function and affiliates for all logistics-related digital tools and platforms.

  • Lead the development implementation and enhancement of logistics systems (WMS TMS WCS RTVP Traceability Systems).

  • Define and document business requirements translating them into system functionalities and technical specifications.

  • Drive process standardization and system harmonization across global logistics operations.

  • Oversee ERP3PL system integrations ensuring robust connectivity and data accuracy.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Support change management training and onboarding initiatives related to logistics systems.

  • Ensure data integrity compliance and alignment with global supply chain strategies

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Information Systems or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations with strong exposure to digital systems.
  • Passion for digital transformation and innovation in supply chain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience in project management or system implementation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience working with WMS TMS WCS platforms
  • You are proficient in English and French
