King Countys Department of Executive Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced eDiscovery Project Specialist to join our Public Records Program (PRP). Position SummaryThis role will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive eDiscovery program within the PRP applying Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the litigation lifecycle eDiscovery processes and project management and a solid understanding of public records and government transparency is preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:This position is Exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and therefore is not overtime eligible. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule every other Thursday.
UNION REPRESENTATION:This position is non-represented.
WORK LOCATION:The Risk Management Services team works in a hybrid model with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change. The primary onsite location is 201 South Jackson Street 2nd floor Seattle WA 98104
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
