Pay: $20$22 per hour based on experience and credentials
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead an infant classroom in a safe warm and developmentally appropriate setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting sensory motor and early language development
- Support individualized routines including feeding diapering rest and sensory play
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers to ensure consistency and quality care
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
- BA or AA in Early Childhood Education
- CDA credential
- Actively working toward an ECE degree or CDA
- Minimum 6 months infant classroom experience (1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid preferred
- Must meet NYC DOHMH licensing requirements
