What Youll Do... In this role youll work one-on-one with newly hired technicians providing daily hands-on field training that emphasizes safety service quality and doing the job the right way. Youll guide trainees through real-world residential and commercial work model American Pests standards and deliver clear consistent feedback as they build confidence and competence. Youll partner with Service Managers and Branch Managers to monitor progress and determine when each technician is ready to work independently. Your steady leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in shaping long-term success for both our technicians and our customers.

Who You Are... This role is best suited for someone who is dependable patient and takes pride in holding themselves and others to high standards. Youre comfortable working closely with new hires providing clear guidance and consistent feedback and you understand that strong training takes time attention and accountability. Youll also have:

  • 3 years of Pest Control field experience ()
  • Local licensing to meet state certification standards ()
  • Ability to perform all standard American Pest services at a high level and provide customers with an excellent experience
  • Proficiency with Pestpac Mobile & Microsoft Apps
  • A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • The ability to read write speak and comprehend English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
  • High school degree or equivalent
