Quality Associate Electronic Systems Quality

Location:Swindon UK

Position summary;Monday Friday 37.5 per week

Wereseeking a Quality Associate to play a pivotal role in our Electronic Systems Team part of our Quality Management System (QMS). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic regulated environment and is passionate aboutmaintainingthe integrityand complianceofourglobal qualityelectronicsystems.

The Role:

As a key contributoryoulloversee and support criticalsiteand globalelectronic systems that uphold our global quality standards:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Local System Administrator (LSA) for Catalents global platforms: GLIMSTrackwiseComplianceWire and EDMS
Support the document managementprocess in our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Collaborate with global Catalent teams to ensure seamless system integration and supportfor the site.
ManagecreateandapproveMasterData within GLIMSto support the release process.
PerformDataIntegrity reviews to ensurecontinuedcomplianceof our electronic systems.
Deliver technical support training and guidance to site users.

The Candidate:

Demonstrated experience with Quality Electronic Systems.
Strong grasp of Data Integrity principles and compliance frameworks.
Analytical mindset with solid technical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities.
Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Positive proactive attitude and a strong commitment to quality.
