The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable and hardworking. This is a part-time position. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service sales and/or experience in fitness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with others
- Conducting gym tours
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Membership sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing
- Managing communications via phone email text
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly outgoing and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Flexible availability
- Savvy with technology
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Some experience in customer service sales and/orfitnessis preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license to apply
