Name of Position: BDM Manger - Domestic (NBD)
Reporting to: VP Sales & Marketing & AGM
Department: BDM
Last 5-7 year working in business development of General and Onco API for Domestic market
Since past 4 to 5 yrs handling of Top 10 Customers (A Grade) in India.
Directly responsible for revenue generation of min 5 to 8 Crs mainly from A grade customers.
Knowledge of Product market share CEP regulated customer requirements price variations competitors positioning expected growth for product segment etc
Currently or have worked in past with API manufacturing organization
Knowledge of West/North/South regions in terms of TOP 5 customers Top & Bottom selling Products regional requirements etc
Good in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality with professional BD outlook.
Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working
Must be ready to travel around 10 to 15 days in a month within India
Total Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs
Qualification : BSc / BCom/ Graduate MBA
Qualification : B. Pharma / Engineering
Can speak/understand local language of the region
Sales Revenue of 2 to 3 Cr in FY 26 27 and 5 to 8 Cr in FY 27 -28
Addition of at least 6 to 7 term sheets finalization mainly with A Grade CEP regulated customers by H1 of FY 26 -27
NBD from new/existing products of around 2 to 3 Cr by FY 26 -27
15 to 20 % profitability coming from respective Sales revenue
Customer Satisfaction rating of 4 and above of Domestic Market
Required Skills:
