Based out of the Mediterranean this role offers the perfect fusion of high-fidelity clinical practice and a premier lifestyle aboard a luxury vessel.
The Mission
Your primary objective is the continuous health monitoring and personal advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates an elite summer itineraryincluding the Balearic Islands Monaco and the Greek Islandsyou will ensure that hospital-grade clinical standards are maintained whether at anchor in Portofino or exploring the vibrant coast of Valencia.
The Medical Team
You will be a key member of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem:
Lead British Doctor: Providing 24/7 clinical governance and senior medical direction.
Specialist Physiotherapists: Working on-site to optimize the patients physical rehabilitation and mobility.
Elite Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained peers ensuring absolute continuity of care.
The Safety Protocol
To prioritize patient safety and staff well-being the medical department operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always have a qualified clinical partner for support and guarantees structured rest periods allowing you to maintain peak vigilance throughout the rotation.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency (Spanish is a plus but not required).
Attributes: Absolute discretion clinical autonomy and a professional presence suited to the private luxury sector.
