Location: Libya
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse II to join their hospital team. This role provides high-quality patient care across multiple departments including Cath Lab Emergency Inpatient Intensive Care Medical Surgical Outpatient Department and Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills excellent communication and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care in assigned nursing units (Cath Lab Emergency Inpatient ICU Med-Surg OPD OR).
Conduct patient assessments administer medications and implement treatment plans.
Explain complex medical conditions and treatments to patients and families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care decisions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Adhere to hospital protocols policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in the relevant department(s).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure fast-paced hospital environment.
Attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
Preferred Skills
Experience across multiple hospital units.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to mentor or support junior nursing staff.
