Head of IBA
Description
AsHead of IBA you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities related to insurance brokerage operations including premium accounting insurer settlements client collections commission reconciliation trust accounts and regulatory compliance. The role ensures accuracy timeliness and integrity of financial records while maintaining strong controls over client and insurer funds.

- Setting IBA Strategy
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters or CPA/ACCA preferred)
Extensive experience in IBA or insurance finance
Strong understanding of insurance products premiums commissions and trust accounting
Proven experience dealing with regulators insurers and auditors
Deep knowledge ofIBA practices
Strong leadership and people management skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in accounting systems and insurance broker management systems
