Were looking for a friendly resilient and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service this role you will be the first point of contact for residents helping them access vital council services and providing a positive customer experience across a wide range of enquires.
In this key role you will deal with a high volume of enquiries through phone email digital channels and face-to-face contact.
Were looking for someone who:
- is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- has experience of working in a busy customer service environment
- has strong communication skills both verbal and written
- is confident using IT systems and able to learn new systems quickly
- can manage a varied workload and remain calm under pressure
- demonstrates empathy patience and a problem-solving approach
